TERMS OF SERVICE

INTROBefore we start working together, you'll have to accept to the next terms of service, this way we can avoid any problems in the future regarding the service! Please make sure to read them carefully

GENERAL• DO NOT claim my works as your own works• I have all the rights to decline and cancel commissions requests• All commissions are for personal use only, not commercial, please let me know if you DO need it for commercial use

COMMISSION GUIDELINES• Please provide me all the assets before I start working (I.E. mix, illustration, logo, branding or whatever the case may be)• Unless mentioned, all my video works will be 1920 x 1080 @ 30fps by default• If you have an specific style, colors, or design you want, don't hesitate to tell me• For Music Videos, please provide me the lyrics

COMMISSION PROCESS• As soon as the main details are settled and approved by the client, we will proceed to the payment process. Once this is done, I will start working on the commission right after• An Storyboard of the requested commission will be shown to the client, along with a simple Style Guide (font family, typography, colors and styles). Here is where the client will tell me as many details and corrections as possible, since it is the only time where I will accept major changes. After this phase, each major change will have an additional fee• During the Animating stage, I will show the client progress and previews of the commission as many times as needed for feedback. Keep in mind that during these revisions I will be only accepting minor changes requests and all previews will be shown in RAM Preview (Low Quality Preview)• After the commission is fully approved and finished, I will deliver a cloud drive folder link, containing all the renders in the requested formats to the client through email and Twitter DMs or Discord

PAYMENTS• I will only work with payment upfront• Full payment upfront• Half payment upfront and the other half once the storyboard is approved. I won't progress with the commission if the other half isn't paid at this time• I will only accept USD payment through PayPal

REFUNDS• After commissioning, the client has **24hs to cancel** and I will give a full refund (Please keep in mind PayPal taxes, you will get less than what you originally paid)• If for some reason I am unable to finish the commission, I will give a full refund• After passing 2 months of getting commissioned without getting any reply from the client, the commission will be cancelled and there won't be a refund• If a commission is cancelled halfway into the progress, a refund will not be done• Refunds will not be done if the client did not like the final product

REVISIONS• 1 FREE MAJOR CHANGE revision on the Storyboarding stage• Minor revisions are free of charge (I.E. Colors, Text and replacement of Assets)• Additional major changes will be charged

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY• ETD (Estimated Time of Delivery) depends on the type of video, please refer to each item description• I will inform you when I start your commission and progress along with it. Please understand that I have other works• Please state the deadline if you have any. I will do my best to finish it by your desired deadline• Shorter deadline than the stated ETD can be negotiated. Additional fee will be applied• Once the commission is finished, I will keep it on a cloud drive for exactly 84 days (12 weeks), once this time expires, I will delete said files. It is the client's responsibility to download and backup the requested commission

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS• Please credit me as Doggasus and use my Twitter (https://twitter.com/doggasus)• I have all the rights to use WIP & finished videos as a way to promote my work (I.E. posting it on social media)• I have all the rights to upload the finished video as my portfolio and put it in my YouTube playlist

COMMUNICATION• First engaging communication can be done through Email or Twitter DMs• All communication regarding the commission process will be done only through Twitter DMs or Discord• Please be aware that sometimes we can be in different time zones, so I might take time to reply. Likewise, please do take your time when getting back to me
